Delivery Schedule

We process and ship all our orders 5 days a week, with the exception of Saturdays & Sundays and UAE Public Holidays.

Same day delivery is available for UAE customer only with the exception of Saturdays & Sundays and UAE Public Holidays; all orders must be received by 12pm to secure this service

Important Delivery Information:

- You will be required to sign on receipt of your delivery
- For international shipments DHL is our shipping partner.
- You can track your shipment by clicking on www.dhl.com and entering your order tracking number.
- Any import duty & taxes are paid upon delivery and are not included in the grand total.
- BySymphony offers a Gift-Wrapping Service on request and personalized Gift Messaging
- We can offer deliveries to hotels and PO Boxes - We offer worldwide delivery but with some exclusions
